At the 2009 Ray White Annual Awards recently held at the Brisbane Convention Centre on Thursday 18th February, all Ray White offices gathered together to recognize the achievements of the previous year. 2009 was certainly recognized as a difficult year in real estate, with so many external threats posing as revenue inhibiting barriers despite this, the market buoyantly bounced back, and our resilient fleet of Ray White Offices still managed to pull through with positive financial figures from the previous year.
Amir Mian was awarded a very prestigious award. His sky-rocketing sales figures have escalated his sales rank within Ray White Queensland to elite top spot 4. The difference between rank 2 and rank 4 was quite literally just one prestige sale.
Amir is dedicated to his vendors, he conducts open homes on all of his exclusive listings every weekend – with a minimum of 10 open homes each between himself and sales associate Cristie Gillespie. Amir does not stop working around the clock to bring buyers to your door at whatever hour permits. Amir has been connecting buyers with their dream homes for many years now, always achieving a mutually rewarding result between buyer and seller. It was such a tremendous occasion, with Amir Mian receiving accolades for all his hard work and dedication to real estate throughout 2009. Congratulations Amir!

Regarding the real estate market place, things are looking very positive, with interest rates were kept on hold recently and another update due very shortly.
