Amir Mian of Ray White Sovereign Islands office was awarded number 1 sales agent for Ray White Queensland and was listed within the top 5 for the group internationally. Additionally, Runaway Bay, Sovereign Islands & Paradise Point were awarded the second highest growth in Queensland award. Runaway Bay office was recognised among the top 10 for sales figures in Queensland for the 10th consecutive year.

In the rental market, the demand is very steady but we are leasing properties very quickly however the key is adjusting the rental price to the market as rental prices have dropped slightly.
